1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Drainly app or this website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Description of Service

Drainly is a mobile application for iPhone and iPad that allows users to create, manage and send professional PDF invoices and quotes. The service is provided by Tether Technologies.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The app offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.99/month) or annually ($69.99/year) through the Apple App Store. All billing is managed by Apple. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the app to create fraudulent invoices or documents
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The app and all its content, features and functionality are owned by Tether Technologies and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for your specific purposes. The invoices and documents created by the app are your responsibility — please verify all figures and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tether Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to errors in invoices or tax calculations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
